Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Halcyon Cues LLC.

This Warranty applies to physical products and repairs, and only physical products and repairs purchased/done through Halcyon Cues LLC.

Your warranty automatically becomes effective upon purchase. Please read all the terms and conditions of the warranty.

You must be the original owner or purchaser and will be required to show proof of purchase to qualify. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein, this Warranty Agreement is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the product.

Halcyon Cues LLC reserves the right to repair or replace the product at their discretion.

What this warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover

·       Normal wear and tear including tip, finish, wrap, and bumper

·       Misuse, abuse or mishandling

·       Modifications or improper maintenance performed by third parties

·       Damage caused by exposure to temperature or humidity

ANY and ALL items used or on/from consignment

Our pool products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, with the duration varying by brand and model. 

This warranty specifically addresses defects in materials and workmanship, covering potential issues with the frame, motor, battery, or other critical components due to manufacturing flaws. Should your pool product exhibit a defect within the warranty scope, we'll take care of the repair or replacement of the compromised part at no extra cost to you.

It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damages attributed to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Additionally, damages resulting from accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs are not covered.
