Cancellations & Refunds: At Halcyon Cues, we understand the importance of your purchase and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. We offer one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the market. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery to return it, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships at no additional cost, with certain exceptions such as custom orders detailed below. Please note, order cancellations still in our process are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships): Should you need to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible for a full refund before your order leaves our warehouse. Our team is available during business hours at (734) 822-5772, through our website chat feature, or at Support@HalcyonCues.com anytime.
Cancellations of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order cues are crafted to your specifications and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has commenced. This includes orders from specific custom lines designed to order. Our warranty guarantees a fully functional and exceptional product.
Refunds and Returns: Within the 30-day return window, should you wish to return the product, it must be unused and in its original packaging to avoid extra charges. Inspections for returns can take 5-7 days, after which refunds will be processed, less shipping and a 25% restocking fee for shipped items. Special promotion items or those altered/damaged are not eligible for return. Refunds or credits, post-inspection, may require an additional 3-7 business days to process.
Shipping Times: We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and provide estimated shipping times on our product pages. These estimates may change due to unforeseen circumstances, for which we ask for your patience and understanding.
Please Read the Following Agreement Carefully:
- Inspect your package upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours to ensure a valid claim.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and the costs associated with shipping a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
- An order that has left the warehouse may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Shipping date estimates are subject to change due to factors outside Halcyon Cues' control.
- Agreeing to our terms means not cancelling or filing a chargeback for orders delayed or affected by manufacturing and logistical constraints.
Damages: If your item(s) arrive damaged, note the damage upon delivery and send photos along with a description of the damage to Support@HalcyonCues.com within 24 hours.
Warranty: Warranties vary by manufacturer. For damages reported within 30 days from delivery not claimed as a warranty issue, we will address your concerns promptly.
Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless stated otherwise on the product page. Keep the original packaging to avoid additional charges.

Chargebacks: Our dedicated team aims to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. We urge customers to contact us before considering a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be pursued as theft.
