  • LTL Threshold Delivery: Carriers will place your order in the first dry area available, like a porch or garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: A premium option delivering your package directly to the desired location, including unpacking, inspection, assembly (up to 30 minutes), and packaging disposal. This does not include gas or electrical installations.

Damages and Warranty Claims:
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you encounter any visible damage or functional issues, reach out to us immediately for a warranty claim or guidance on refusing delivery due to severe damage. Our team is committed to resolving any issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
